With underground work completed in July, progress on Highway 75 in Luverne is visable above ground with new curb and gutter from Main Street south to Interstate 90 and new sidewalks on both sides of the roadway. The mill-and-overlay work on the surface began this week, and the roadway will be restriped from four lanes to three. The project is set for completion by the end of August.
