The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board agreed to purchase 14.45 acres from the Spring Brooke LLC, owners of the events center and future golf course on the east side of Beaver Creek. The sale is contingent on H-BC district residents’ approval of a $26.5 million bond referendum vote scheduled for Tuesday, April 11. The rendering features a pre-kindergarten through fifth-grade elementary school and future athletic facilities.

H-BC purchases land for new elementary school

The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board signed a purchase agreement to buy almost 15 acres as the site for a new elementary school in Beaver Creek.

Board members met in special session late Friday afternoon.

The agreement with SpringBrooke LLC is for 14.45 acres located in the Spring Brook Addition.

Purchase price is $377,665.
