Condos under construction

Crews with Cleveringa Construction have been busy working on the condos at the Barck Avenue and Blue Mound Avenue corner in Luverne. The city of Luverne and Cleveringa Construction signed a development agreement for the construction of two triplexes and one twin home on the lots that the city improved by acquiring and demolishing substandard housing. A tax increment financing district was established as part of the improvement project. Builder Merlin Cleveringa said the twin home has been sold and will be completed this winter. The triplexes remain for sale and will be built next spring.
