Workers with Prahm Construction of Slayton pound a bridge piling on the north side of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Jan. 9 on County Road 52 southwest of Beaver Creek. The bridge was destroyed by fire in July 2017, and after delays in funding, contractors and railway supervision, work is back on track for an expected March completion, weather permitting.
