Nov. 16, 2022

The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the H-BC Secondary School Board room, 301 N Summit Ave, Hills, MN.

Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Fransman, Gehrke, Harnack, Rauk and Rozeboom. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger and

Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board member Knobloch was

absent.

Motion by Bosch, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve the agenda.

Visitors to the meeting were Mavis Fodness and Travis Helgeson.

PATRIOT PRIDE:

for organizing.

Motion by Bosch, second by Fransman, and carried to approve Resolution to Canvass Board member Election Results from Board Election November 8, 2022.

Motion by Harnack, second by Rauk, and carried to approve Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Certificates of Election and Directing School District Clerk to Perform Other Election Related Duties.

Motion by Rozeboom, second by Fransman, and carried to

approve Donation Resolution:

$300.00 from Joan and Segundo Velasquez for Cornerstone Plaque at 

H-BC Secondary School

$260.00 from Anonymous for Girls Basketball Student Activity Account 

$250.00 from Dan and Marie LaRock for Girls Basketball Student Activity Account

$30.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund for Elementary Student Council

$30.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund for Secondary Student Council Motion by Bosch, second by Harnack, and carried to approve Quotes for Sale of 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan.

Motion by Rauk, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve Quotes for 

Sale of 2010 Chevrolet Suburban.
