The Tri-State Buffalos suffered their fifth loss of the season on Saturday in Hills.
Hosting the Buffalo Ridge Wildcats, an undefeated team that is tied for the lead of the Southern Plains Football League, the Buffalos were unable to pull out the upset.
The Wildcats dominated play throughout the game, which ended with a 52-6 victory for the Buffalo Ridge team.
The Buffalos, now 1-5 on the season, have two regular season games remaining.
The Tri-State team travels to Watertown, South Dakota, to take on the Rebels this Saturday at 4 p.m.
The final home game for the Buffalos is scheduled for June 18 at 6 p.m. in Hills when the locals host the Southwest Minnesota Crusaders.
