A girl, Stella, weighing 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and 20 inches long, was born to Amos and Heather Kittleson, Hills, on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2016, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She joins a brother, Jacob, 8, and a sister, Brittany, 2 1/2. Grandparents are Larry and Linda Sanow, Hills, and Spencer and Sheila Kittleson, Sioux Falls.
Open Houses
Ruth Ashby will celebrate her 100th birthday with an open house from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, at the Blue Mound Banquet Center in Luverne. The luncheon begins at noon with a program at 2 p.m. Greetings may be sent to her at 1495 County Highway 4, Luverne, MN 56156. She requests no gifts.
