Three-goal second stanza clinches win for LHS girls

A three-goal second period lifted the Luverne girls to a 3-1 hockey victory during Saturday in Waseca.

Waseca led 1-0 when Jayde Pederson scored with 1:52 remaining in the first period, but the Cardinals settled the issue with a three-goal uprising in the second stanza.
