NOTICE of PUBLIC MEETINGNotice is hereby given that on Monday, April 18, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. the Rock County Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public meeting to hear input on the proposed construction of an animal feedlot by Titan Farms.The public meeting will be held at the Rock County Family Services Building located at 2 Roundwind Road, Luverne, MN.The feedlot would be located in the NW 1/4 of Section 33 in Luverne Township.Persons attending the meeting will be given an opportunity to speak either in favor of or in opposition to the application.This is per Minnesota Rules part 4410.4300.
