Major components of the Work include excavation, aggregate base, pavement construction of a 7,200 square foot pre-engineered steel, 4-unit "Nested Tee" hangar building, including footings, auto-latching bi-fold doors and operators, electrical work, and other miscellaneous and related work. Also a 6,400 square foot pre-engineered steel, 5-unit "Nested Tee" hangar building, including footings, bi-fold doors and operators, electrical work, and other miscellaneous and related work is also included in the Bidding Documents.
