    My grade school report cards surfaced during a recent cleaning at my childhood home. The yellowed paper told the story of a good student, with mostly As and some Bs, but she had trouble following instructions.     The August 12 USDA Crop Report projected a record U.S. corn yield and record production in 2020, as well as a record 2020 soybean yield and the second highest U.S. soybean production level in history.
