Beaver Creek horticulturalist Sean McFarland has purchased the SpringBrooke events facility and surrounding six acres in Beaver Creek from Rick Gourley. Beaver Creek City Council members approved their 2024 budget and levy during their final meeting of the year Wednesday, Dec. 13. The levy was set at $146,342 for taxes payable in 2024.
