Hockey boys lose second straight game

The Luverne boys lost consecutive hockey games for the first time this season when they took a 3-1 setback from Mound Westonka in Mound Saturday.

MWnetted one goal in all three periods of the game and sported a 48-13 advantage in shots on goal to highlight the win over LHS.

Cooper Curti opened the scoring for the White Hawks with 2:45 remaining in the first period.
