Patriots end slide with overtime win

The Hills-Beaver Creek boys snapped a five-game basketball losing skid by nipping the Red Rock Central Falcons in overtime Thursday in Hills.
H-BC faced a 29-23 deficit after 18 minutes of play before rallying to outscore RRC 30-24 in the second half to knot the score a 53 and force overtime.
Patriots used an 11-10 scoring edge in the extra session to complete a 64-63 win.
