The Adrian-Ellsworth football team walked into an ambush Saturday in Wabasso.

Playing the Rabbits in a rare afternoon contest that was Wabasso’s Homecoming Game, the Dragons came up on the losing end of a 34-0 decision.

“We just didn’t show up ready to play and it was evident from the opening kickoff until the game was over,” said A-E coach Randy Schettler.
