AHS track squads place fourth in Worthington
The Adrian track teams placed fourth in five-team fields at the Worthington Invitational Thursday.
The Adrian boys scored 62 points, while the girls compiled 57 points.
Worthington won the boys’ and girls’ team titles with 335 and 209 points respectively.
The Adrian boys won a pair of meet titles.
Taylor Recker took top honors in the high jump (5-10) and ran a leg with the 1,600-meter relay, which posted the winning time of 3:42.21.
Zach Bierman, Tanner Kamm and Theron Miller round out the 1,600-meter squad.
Moriah Bullerman won the 1,600-meter run for the AHS girls with a time of 5:47.06.

Third place: Miller, 200, 25.17; Miller, high jump, 5-2; 400 relay (Chris Christians, Miller, Kamm and Recker), 47.94.
Fifth place: Cain Rautenkranz, 110 hurdles, 19.84; Kamm, high jump, 4-10; Bierman, long jump, 16-8; 800 relay (Alex Fuerstenberg, Dakota John, Tristian Nelson and Rautenkranz), 1:47.8.
Seventh place: Kasey Madtson, 200, 26.4; Kamm, shot, 33-10.
Eighth place: Reker, 100, 12.3.
Third place: Morgan Sauer, 1,600, 6:02.58, 1,600 relay (Bullerman, Katie Reisdorfer, Morgan Kern and Katia Suarez), 3:35.86.
Fourth place: 400 relay, (Brooke Echter, Shaina Combs, Kern and Suarez), 58.69; 800 relay, (Reisdorfer, Echter, Kern and Suarez), 1:59.54.
Fifth place: Reisdorfer, 200, 28.96; Combs, discus, 85-8; Elizabeth Erwin, long jump, 12-1.
Sixth place: Erwin, 400, 1:16.26; Combs, high jump, 4-4; Kern, long jump, 11-3.
Seventh place: Ashley Schnoor, shot, 23-6 ½; Schnoor, discus, 72-8.
