•In compliance with orders issued by Mayor Hawkinson, a much more stringent enforcement of the laws governing automobile travel is to be made by Chief of Police Connell beginning with today. All auto drivers will  hereafter be compelled not only to drive at a reasonable rate of speed while in the city, but they must also keep to the right side of the road, and must turn corners “square.” All who fail to do so are to be prosecuted without exception.
