•Complainant reported a wallet lost at Magnolia I-90 exit.
•Complainant reported silage haulers speeding south from location at County Highway 6.
•Complainant reported lights on and a door open to the manager’s office on W. Hatting Street.
Sept. 30
•Complainant reported hearing what sounded like gunshots and yelling north of West Warren Street.
•Complainant reported assault at location on West Warren Street.
•Complainant on S. Estey Street reported three subjects kicking in the door at abandoned property south of location.
•Complainant reported son had hit and run accident last night.
•Complainant reported erratic driver on I-90 westbound, mile marker 13.
•Complainant reported hit and run at location.
•Complainant reported that subject is acting stupid and that she needs help. Complainant then disconnected the 911 call.
•Oct. 1
•Complainant reported erratic driver on I-90 eastbound, mile marker 1.
•Complainant called Law Enforcement Center (LEC) and reported herself and her brother are receiving threats from subjects. Also reported subject is having custody dispute with subject. Deputy spoke directly to complainant via phone.
•Complainant reported S. Kniss location is without power.
•Complainant reported subject is at location on West Main St. and won’t leave. See linked ICR.
•Complainants came to LEC and requested to speak with deputy regarding subjects. Deputy spoke with complainants.
•Complainant reported fire alarm activation on Lincoln Street.
•Complainant reported his daughter is on a group chat with a female talking about suicide. Mother also called.
Oct. 2
•Complainant dialed 911 and hung up, called back and wanted a deputy to help. Deputy requested rescue.
•Complainant reported subjects at location fighting inside and outside the residence on West Hatting Street.
•Complainant on 30th Avenue in Beaver Creek reported a man approximately 5 feet, 10 inches, dark curly hair wearing jeans and a white T-shirt in a white SUV stopped by her house to see if she wanted any crushed concrete from road work being done.
•Complainant at South Summit Avenue reported loud music at football field.
•Complainant reported suspicious phone calls.
•Complainant reported what appeared to be door-to-=door sales. Solicitor license check requested.
•Assist Lyon County.
•Suspect threatened complainant and his dad. May be connected to abandoned 911 call ICR.
Oct. 3
•Complainant reported a silver Impala driving at a slow rate of speed. They hit some construction cones, over the center line. Patrol out on another call.
•Complainant reported commercial burglary alarm at location. Vault door followed by disarm.
•Complainant reported erratic driver on I=90, eastbound, at mile marker 3.
•Found wallet at North Freeman Avenue.
•Complainant came in to LEC and requested to speak with deputy regarding a stolen bike. Deputy spoke to complainant.
•Complainant came to LEC and requested to speak with deputy regarding an incident that occurred at Luverne High School. Deputy spoke with complainant.
•Complainant reported subject shooting guns at location at 20th Avenue in Valley Springs.
Oct. 4
•Subject called LEC to inquire why he was unable to contact Crisis Line.
•Complainant reported sign down on Highway. Transferred complainant to Moody County  Sheriff’s Office.
•Complainant reported abandoned vehicle creating a traffic hazard at County Road 17 and 71st Street. Complainant requested  tow.
•Mary Jane Brown Home requested a deputy to location to report financial exploitation of a resident.
•Complainant on West Hatting reported testing fire alarms at location.
•Complainant at Roundwind Road reported hit and run at location.
•South door was unlocked at business on South Kniss.
•Complainant reported crosswalk lights are not function at Barck and Kniss.
•Complainant requested welfare check on subject.
•Complainant reported allegations of drug use around a minor child on W. Warren Street.
•Complainant reported 12-year-old riding motorcycle at North Oakley and East Adams.
•Complainant requested welfare check. No response in last 48 hours to multiple phone calls.
•Deputy requested ICR for lost property.
In addition, officers responded to 2 motor vehicle accidents, 1 stalled vehicle, 2 deer accidents, 1 escort, 27 traffic stops, 22 ambulance runs, 7 paper services, 7 animal complaints, 9 log/alarm sheets, 2 fingerprint requests, 2 background checks, 6 drug court test, 4 abandoned 911 calls, and issued 6 purchase/carry permits and 2 burn permits.
