Dec. 25
•Complainant reported his neighbor is playing their music very loudly and requested a deputy ask them to keep it down. Deputy spoke with female outside of residence who advised they were playing music but will keep it down.
•Complainant reported the party on Brandenburg is loud and they have asked them to keep it down but it is still very noisy. Deputy spoke to two males and they advised they were going in the house for the night.
•Complainant reported that someone has used her debit card.
•Complainant reported she is being harassed by subject. She was advised to get an order for protection.
•Complainant wants it documented that his ex-wife is not holding up to her end of the custody agreement. The agreement was filed in Nobles County.
•Complainant reported possible criminal sexual conduct.
•Complainant requested to speak to a deputy about a custody issue.
•Complainant flagged down a deputy and gave him a wallet that was found. Notified owner.
Dec. 26
•Complainant reported two kids playing with a BB gun in their back yard and they hit her window with a BB. It didn’t break the window but complainant would like them spoken to.
Dec. 27
•Deputy arrested three Asian males who shot deer from the vehicle. One was taken to jail and charged with discharging firearm at deer from the road, discharging firearm from vehicle, transporting loaded firearm, taking deer with illegal firearm, taking deer during closed firearm season, and taking deer without a license.
•Complainant reported he is getting harassing texts from his ex.
Dec. 28
•Complainant reported he received a call from his ex again. She called him a beast. He does not feel safe in his own home.
•Complainant reported his car broke down on North Linden Street and he will get it tonight.
•Complainant reported her carbon monoxide alarm is going off. Paged Luverne Fire Department.
Dec. 29
•Complainant reported the trucks from New Vision drive too fast on the bad roads. They about ran cars off the road. Complainant would like the manager spoken to about their driving conduct.
•Complainant reported a stalled vehicle in the westbound lane three miles east of Hardwick on County Road 7.
•Complainant reported kids on West Warren sledding into the street.
•Complainant reported loud music from her next-door neighbor on West Warren Street.
•Deputy arrested subject for probation violation and took him to jail.
•Complainant reported a possible drunk driver headed northbound on Highway 75 passing Glen’s Food and Gas.
Dec. 30
•Dispatch received a burglar alarm for a business. Deputy went and checked the doors. Dispatch tried to contact keyholder.
•Complainant in Hills reported that the carbon monoxide detector was going off and there was a strong smell of gas in the house. She has gotten everyone out and parked in the neighbor’s driveway to call 911. Paged Hills Fire Department.
•Hennepin County had arrested subject on our warrant. When subject went to court, the judge let him go.  Warrant was re-entered.
•Deputy reported a vehicle at Warren and Freeman is to be towed tomorrow morning by G&S.
•Deputies stopped at Warren and Pine to check on a semitrailer that was blocking the area. Driver spoke to Ace Towing and they are en route.
Dec. 31
•Deputy stopped for a motorist assist on Highway 75, mm 8. Semitrailer with two flat tires. Going to the airport for help.
•Deputy conducted a traffic stop on subject.
•Deputy conducted a traffic stop on subject. Valid driver’s license out of another state.
•Deputy conducted a traffic stop. No citation.
•Complainant reported a vulnerable adult.
•Warehouse on East Main Street reported theft of some items yesterday.
•Business on East Main Street reported theft of clothing. Same suspect as in the Warehouse theft.
•Complainant reported the need for child protection.
•Dispatch received many calls about a building on West Edgehill being on fire. Paged Luverne Fire Department and Rock County Ambulance to stand by.
Dispatcher received a 911 call from I-90, mm 9. Language barrier. Possibly put vehicle in median. Transferred call to state patrol and sent squads out. State patrol contacted G&S to tow.
•Deputy stopped vehicle and driver was cancelled.
•Deputy stopped vehicle and issued a warning to driver.
In addition, officers responded to 6 motor vehicle accidents, 3 vehicles in ditch, 1 funeral escort, 9 ambulance runs, 1 paper service, 1 animal complaint, 1 false alarm, 7 log/alarm sheets, 8 drug court tests, and issued 8 purchase/carry permits.
