Aug. 11
•Deputy out with a couple of juveniles.
•Complainant requested extra patrol while they are out of town.
•Complainant reported cash box broken into at location.
•Complainant reported vehicle for erratic driving.
•Complainant requested a welfare check on subject. They have not heard from him in some time, and he battles with alcohol. Usually he drinks and is calling complainant.
•Received report from SWHHS.
•Complainant reported music playing loudly at neighboring unit.
•Emergency room requested deputy assistance.
•Complainant reported suspicious activity at county roads 4 and 11.
•Complainant reported vehicle sitting outside at location had tires slashed.
•Complainant reported someone just stole her purse out of her car. Contacted Erwin’s to tow. G&S out on a call.
•Complainant in Steen reported her water has been turned off, and she has a three week old baby. She called the major, and his wife won’t wake him up to turn it on.
•Deputy arrested suspect for DWI.
Aug. 12
•Complainant reported subject walked into his house. He was highly intoxicated and said he hasn’t eaten for a week. He left, but complainant wanted to speak with deputy.
•Multiple complainants reported natural gas leak on North Blue Mound Avenue.
•Complainant reported vehicle stopping or stalling multiple times in middle of the road. Erratic driving at location.
•Complainant reported unable to get water heater on after gas outage.
•Complainant reported his brother is going to be at his house.
•Deputy conducted a curfew check. Located at home.
Aug. 13
•Complainant reported a tan Taurus in the area that seemed suspicious.
•Complainant reported two adult bikes found on his property.
•Complainant reported accident at location. Second vehicle continued driving.
•Complainant reported family and child information for investigation.
•Complainant reported debris in roadway near location. Transferred to State Patrol.
•Complainant requested welfare check on individual at location.
•Incoming call record reserved per deputy.
•Complainant reported theft.
•Received weather bulletin from National Weather Service.
Aug. 14
•Complainant reported man walking north at location. Felt suspicious. Transferred to State Patrol. Notified deputy.
•Complainant reported that the transfer station will be lighting the tree and brush pile. The pile will probably be burning throughout the week. Complainant will call in every morning the pile is still burning to report the status. Magnolia Township section six.
•Complainant reported that subject is supposed to be staying with him at location and has run away back to Rock County to be with his friends.
•Reserved for deputy.
•Complainant requested background check on subject for housing.
•Complainant reported that the AED machine in the lobby at location is sounding an alarm. Complainant was able to shut the alarm off, but is requesting service by subject.
•Complainant reported counterfeit $20 bill at McDonald’s.
•Complainant reported runaway juvenile. See linked incoming call record.
•Complainant reported fraudulent charges on her debit card.
•Complainant reported son is refusing to leave with him. See linked incoming call record.
•Complainant reported they will be conducting training with smoke machine at location.
•Complainant reported girlfriend assaulted him at location.
Aug. 15
•Complainant conducted door checks at various businesses on Main Street.
•Complainant reported open windows and back door at location. Nobody is currently living there. Dispatch contacted property owner.
•Complainant requested a deputy accompany  him on a welfare check at location. Subject who lives alone is not answering the door or the phone. Complainant feels that something may have happened to him.
•Complainant at Expressway reported that their bank notified him the business had received a counterfeit $20 bill.
•Complainant reported a wrong way driver at location. Transferred complainant to State Patrol.
•Complainant reported her vehicle was stolen. Called back. Vehicle is back.
•Complainant reported the crossing lights are out. Contacted Highway Department. They are waiting for a part.

Aug. 16
•Received report from SWHHS.
•See attached report from SWHHS.
•Complainant reported phone scam identifying as the IRS. Advised not to give out personal information via phone.
•Complainant reported suspicious activity at his neighbor’s on S. East Park Street. Gave plate number with no state.
•Complainant reported when she got back from Behavioral Health her daughter had dumped her pills and burned her fentanyl patches. The social worker told her to.
•Patrol not in area. Reported older passenger car westbound in the eastbound lane.
•Deputy cited suspect.
Aug. 17
•Information only on suspiciouis activity. Complainant reported commotion in field driveway at 121st Street near Beaver Creek. This morning found items on road including a flip flop.
•Complainant requested assistance with grandson at location on Main Street.
•Complainant reported call from subject. Reported delusions of conspiracies. Requested welfare check be completed.
•Complainant reported phone scam. Was told won prize. Needed info to claim. Advised complainant not to give personal information via phone.
•Complainant reported car parked in no parking zone. Starting to seal and gravel street. Requested info be collected for vehicle to be moved.
•Complainant reported car parked in no parking location per Highway Department.
•Complainant reported bad smell at construction zone.
*Complainant reported teen/young adult male walking south from County Road 4 and 40th Avenue.
•Minnwest Bank reported counterfeit $20 bill.
•Complainant reported trespassing at location.
•Complainant requested welfare check on subject and children at location. Was in office earlier today and exhibited strange behavior.
•Complainant reported man stumbling on road at County Road 9 and 71st Street.
•Complainant called law enforcement center and requested to speak with deputy regarding a cell phone. Deputy spoke directly to complainant.
•Complainant called law enforcement center and requested to speak with a deputy regarding son. Deputy spoke directly with complainant.
In addition, officers responded to 3 motor vehicle accidents, 1 deer accident, 2 transports, 19 traffic stops, 23 ambulance runs, 5 paper services, 9 animal complaints, 2 false alarms, 3 fingerprint requests, 7 log/alarm sheets, 6 drug court tests, 4 money escorts, and issued 3 burn permits.
