Sept. 25
•Complainant called and asked if someone lost some tires because they are on his boulevard. We had an incident yesterday where a semi went by the school and lost a tire and it flew into the church parking lot and kept going. Probably the same one. No one got any information on the semi.
•Complainant reported that a vehicle on N. Estey Street has not moved and is filled with junk. Contacted the owner and told her to get it out of there or it will be towed.
•Complainant reported she is being harassed.
•Complainant reported a domestic situation that involved the whole family.
•Complainant requested to speak with someone with questions about an HRO.
•Reserved for canine sniff.
•Complainant requested a deputy come and check on some hitchhikers by Expressway.
•Complainant reported a counterfeit bill.
•Complainant reported they are sending in a driver’s evaluation on subject.
•Complainant reported a possible criminal sexual conduct.
•Complainant reported another possible criminal sexual conduct.
•Hills Fire Department will be out at the game.
•Complainant reported a white van parked between some garages and two people are loading boxes into the van. Complainant thinks it looks suspicious.
Sept. 26
•Complainant reported the house at the end of her block has people outside yelling and screaming.
•Complainant reported her landlord is trying to get into her house. Called back and said he put his hands on her and his wife called her a bitch.
•Complainant reported an SUV with New York plates went past his traffic stop by Adrian at a high rate of speed.
•Complainant reported a theft. Turned out to be a civil matter and family and child issue.
•Complainant reported a white four door Buick with South Dakota plates just ran a stop arm.
•Complainant reported she is getting harassing text from subject. Deputy told her they are not threatening and she should block the texts.
Sept. 27
•Complainant reported a loud party outside on N. Spring Street.
•Complainant reported subject is drunk and has a shotgun out and there is someone else in the house.
•Complainant reported issues with a neighbor coming over. Both parties were advised if he comes over again, he will be charged with trespassing.
•Complainant reported someone stole her debit card out of her garage when she was out mowing the lawn.
•Complainant reported a house that’s in foreclosure has lights on. Deputy checked and house is secure and locked. There may be a short in the house.
•Deputy took subject to his residence and left his vehicle on the shoulder of the road on County Rd. 6. It is out of the way.
Sept. 28
•Complainant brought in something that he found in his daughter’s house that he would like checked out.
•Complainant reported he witnessed a possible violation of an Order for Protection.
•Complainant reported someone walking on the street yelling racial slurs at others nearby.
•Complainant reported garbage thrown on their property where they farm. Complainant advised it has happened several times.
•Reserved for POR registration.
•Complainant reported an electronic check that was put through her bank account that was not authorized.
•Complainant reported a car sitting in the cemetery with a man in it. Complainant wasn't sure if the man was dead or alive but was not going to check. Deputy reported that everything was OK.
•Dispatcher received a 911 call from someone who said it was a wrong number and hung up. Sent deputy to make sure everything was OK.
•Complainant reported someone stole half of his prescription medication.
•Complainant reported they had a callout to Windom for a barricaded subject.
Sept. 29
•Complainant requested to speak with someone about a family matter and living conditions.
•Complainant turned himself in on a Washington County warrant. He was taken to jail.
•Complainant requested to speak with someone about a family matter and living conditions.
•Complainant found two different license plates and a set of keys. They are at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.
•Complainant reported a dispute about a child custody issue.
•Complainant reported his nephew is being harassed.
•Complainant reported a white Ford explorer with Minnesota plates going back and forth over the centerline and fog line doing between 40-65 mph on Hwy. 75 from Trosky south. Deputy stopped vehicle and said driver was just tired.
Sept. 30
•Complainant reported custody issues.
•Complainant reported they will be replacing culverts on 211th St. between 110th and 120th avenues. Road will be closed today.
•Complainant reported road will be closed for two days on County Rd. 15 and 110th Ave.
•Complainant reported subject is posting untrue things about her on Facebook.
•Dispatcher received a 911 hang-up call. Number turned out to be a fax number.
Oct. 1
•Complainant reported a silver Buick traveling westbound on I-90 crossing the center and fog lines and was speeding. Patrol reported subject almost hit an overpass.
•Deputy reported that he found an open door with lights on in the garage. Deputy spoke with owners and doors were taken care of.
•Complainant reported threats and harassment.
•Lifeline reported button activation. Dispatch contacted Poplar Creek to find subject. All was well with her and she wasn’t in the room.
•Complainant reported semis waiting to load corn are partially blocking the road at County Roads 5 and 6.
•Complainant requested a deputy for the parade in Hills on Friday afternoon to do traffic control at County Rd. 6 and 2nd Ave.
•Complainant requested a welfare check on subject, as there are some concerns. Deputy spoke with subject and everything was fine.
•Complainant reported they were doing a lockdown drill.
•Complainant reported he lost a brown wallet with his driver’s license, debit card, school activity pass and some cash.
•Complainant requested deputy arrest subject for pretrial offense. Subject was taken to jail.
•Complainant reported subject moved out a month ago and took some of his stuff. Civil issue.
In addition, officers responded to 2 motor vehicle accidents, 2 deer accidents, 1 funeral escort, 10 ambulance runs, 1 parking violation, 6 paper services, 10 animal complaints, 1 false alarm, 1 fingerprint request, 1 gas drive-off, 7 log/alarm sheets, 8 drug court tests, and issued 3 purchase/carry permits and 3 burn permits.
