•Subject from Worthington turned himself in on Rock County warrant.

•Complainant on Highway 75 and Dodge Street reported a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.
•Complainant reported a railroad block at Kniss and Fletcher.
•Complainant on S. Kniss Avenue reported possible vulnerable adult.
•Complainant requested a gas voucher.
