Notice of Public Hearing for Variance Request
For L and O Power Cooperative
Pursuant to the Rock County Zoning Ordinance, notice is hereby given by the Rock County Board of Adjustment that a public hearing will be held at the Rock County Law Enforcement Center located at 1000 North Bluemound Avenue, Luverne, Minnesota, at 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 15, 2024. The purpose of this hearing is to rule on an application submitted by L and O Power Cooperative for the placement of an electrical controls building. The proposed building is to be located no closer than 106 feet from the centerline of County Highway 6, also known as 60th Avenue. There is no reduction in setback requested from 41st Street. The property is located in the extreme northwest corner of the northwest quarter of Section 22 of Martin Township, T102N, R46 W, Rock County, Minnesota.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at said time and place, or submit views in writing or by representative.
