Notice of Public Hearing for Conditional Use Permit
For L and O Power Cooperative
Pursuant to the Rock County Zoning Ordinance, notice is hereby given by the Rock County Planning Commission that a public hearing will be held at the Rock County Law Enforcement Center located at 1000 North Blue Mound Avenue, Luverne, Minnesota, at 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 20, 2024. The purpose of this hearing is for consideration of the application submitted by L and O Power Cooperative for the placement of an electrical substation. The property for the proposed substation is at the intersection of County Highway 6, or 60th Avenue, and 41st Street, in the extreme northwest corner of the northwest quarter of Section 22 of Martin Township, T102N, R46 W, Rock County, Minnesota.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at said time and place, or submit views in writing or by representative.
