ORDINANCE N0. 41, FOURTH SERIES
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY CITY OF LUVERNE ORDINANCE 39, FOURTH SERIES RELATING TO AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE AND AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE
(409 EAST DODGE STREET, CITY OF LUVERNE, ROCK COUNTY, MINNESOTA)
THE CITY OF LUVERNE DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION. 1. That City of Luverne Ordinance 39, Fourth Series, “An Ordinance Authorizing Conveyance of Real Estate (409 EAST DODGE STREET, CITY OF LUVERNE, ROCK COUNTY, MINNESOTA)” be hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION. 2. Pursuant to City Charter, Section 12.05, the City Council is authorized to sell or convey the following described real estate located in the City of Luverne, County of Rock, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:

West 63’ of Lot Four (4), Block Four (4), Barck, Adams & Howe’s Addition to the City of Luverne, Minnesota
To Rusty Feuerstein + Ashley Feuerstein
SECTION. 3. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute such legal documents as are necessary to accomplish this sale and are further authorized to execute and deliver a warranty deed upon complete fulfillment of all terms and conditions.
SECTION. 4. This ordinance takes full force and effect seven (7) days after its publication.
