UND Spring 2016 graduation
Two area students graduated from The University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, at commencement ceremonies this spring.
Ethan Rozeboom, Hills, earned his Juris Doctor, School of Law, at the UND School of Law graduation event May 7.
Brittany Nichols, Luverne, earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the school’s general commencement ceremony May 14.
St. Cloud State University dean’s list
Luverne graduate Spencer Schacht has been named to the Spring 2016 St. Cloud State University dean’s list.
To be eligible for the honor, students must have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Area student receives NDSU scholarship
Derek Krueger, son of Don and Shelley Krueger, Luverne, received the North Dakota State University Freshman Academic Scholarship in the amount of $3,000. The scholarship recognizes high academic achievement.
Sanford Health awards scholarships
Luverne graduates Sue Reisch and Austyn Thier were listed among the 25 students receiving scholarships from the Sanford Health Network.
Each recipient receives a $1,000 scholarship to help support their education in the health career of their choice.
