College of St. Mary, Omaha, announces Fall 2015 dean’s list

The College of St. Mary in Omaha, Nebraska, has named Anna Tofteland, Luverne, to the Fall 2015 dean’s list. To qualify, students must earn at least 12 graded credits and at least a 3.5 grade point average.

Tofteland is a sophomore majoring in nursing.

 

St. Mary’s Winona releases dean’s list

Kynzie Smedsrud, Luverne, has been named to the Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, Winona, Fall 2015 dean’s list. Students with at least a 3.6 on a 4.0 scale qualify.

Smedsrud is the daughter of Steve and Pat Smedsrud of Luverne.

 

SMSU issues Fall 2015 dean’s list

Brenda Parsley, Adrian, has earned a spot on the fall 2015 Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall, dean’s list. Students must earn a 3.5 grade point average or higher on a 4.0 scale while taking at least 12 credit hours to qualify.

 

UNO posts Fall 2015 dean’s list

The University of Nebraska, Omaha, has named Austin Maxwell, Luverne, to the Fall 2015 dean’s list. To be eligible, students must attain a grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale while taking at least 12 graded credit hours.

 

Iowa Lakes Community College honors Sudenga

Tara Sudenga, Luverne, has been named to the presidential honors list at Iowa Lakes Community College. To earn this honor, students must earn a grade point average of 4.0 while taking 12 or more graded credits.

 

Fick inducted into Phi Kappa Phi

Jessica Fick, Luverne, was recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.

Fick was initiated at South Dakota State University, Brookings.

 

Riverland announces dean’s list for Fall 2015 semester.

Riverland Community College, Austin, has announced students earning a spot on the dean’s list for the fall 2015 semester. To earn this honor students must attain a grade point average between 3.25 and 3.99 on a 4.0 scale while taking a minimum of 12 credit hours of class.

Included on the list was Bryana Thorson, Luverne.
