Bosch receives University of Nebraska-Lincoln degree
Cole Bosch of Luverne was among 3,417 graduates who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during a virtual graduation celebration May 9.
Bosch earned a bachelor of science in education and human sciences from the College of Education and Human Sciences.
 
MSU Mankato conducts spring graduation
Several area students graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato following the Spring 2020 semester.
     Graduates celebrated through a specialwebsite that launched Saturday, May 9, the day on which the University's three traditional graduation ceremonies were scheduled but canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
     Each graduate also received personalized URL video messages by emailon May 9, and "commencement-in-a-box" packages were shipped to eachgraduate the week before graduation.
     The following students were among the MSU Mankato graduates:
Adrian: Alyssa Thier, Bachelor of Science RN Baccalaureate Completion.
Luverne: Austin Bauer,  Master of Arts, Physical Education; Christina Casazza, Bachelor of Science, Elementary Education, Magna Cum Laude; Mitchell Muller, Bachelor of Science, Finance; Brooke Nattress, Bachelor of Science, Health and Physical Education, Cum Laude; Thomas Vajgrt, Bachelor of Science, Health and Physical Education.
