DWU announces dean’s list
       Miah Kunkel, Adrian, and Ashley Bostic, Hardwick, have been named to the Spring 2020 dean’s list at Dakota Wesleyan University, Mitchell. To be eligible, students must achieve a 3.5 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale with at least 12 graded credits.
USD honor students
announced
       Several area students have been named to the dean’s list and the academic honors list for the Spring 2020 semester at the University of South Dakota, Vermillion.
       Named to the dean’s list with at least a 3.5 GPA and at least 12 graded credits are the following students:      Adrian: Avery Balster, Hannah Bullerman, Skylar Dingmann, Halle Heitkamp, Caroline Lewis, Skylar Polzine and Ryan Wieneke.
       Ellsworth: Devin Dreesen.
       Lismore: Jacob Bullerman, Dustin John and Dakota John.
       Luverne: Jack Baustian, Gracie Bosch, Matthew Hup, Mackenzie Petersen, Lexi Wieneke and Jenna Zewiske.
       Named to the academic honors list with at least a 3.5 GPA with fewer than 12 semester credits are the following students:
       Taylor Recker, Adrian; Cooper Vaughn, Hills; Amanda Sterling, Luverne.             
Olson honored at Morningside
       Rylee Olson, Hardwick, was named a Dimmitt Scholar in recognition of high academic achievement for the 2019-2020 year at Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa.
       To qualify as a Dimmit scholar, the candidate must be a full-time student who has completed at least 45 credits of college work with a cumulative grade point average between 3.50 and 3.75.
