Luverne hotel honored at franchise conference

The GrandStay Hotel & Suites in Luverne received the 2018 Every Guest, Every Time customer service award during a May 8 annual conference.

The award recognizes consistent high scores in guest surveys and through the brand quality assurance evaluations.

“We are extremely proud of all that has been accomplished at the Luverne location,” said GrandStay Hospitality, LLC President Jon Kennedy.

“They strive every day to make the hotel feel like home to each and every guest that stays there.”

GrandStay Hospitality, LLC, the franchisor for GrandStay Hotels, honored the Luverne hotel during its 2019 General Managers Education Forum at the GrandStay Hotel & Suites on the Little Crow Golf Resort in Spicer on May 8.
