Pursuant to City Charter, Section 12.05, the City Council is authorized to sell or convey the following described real estate located in the City of Luverne, County of Rock, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit: The North Twenty (N. 20) Feet of the South Sixty-Eight (S. 68) Feet of the West Ten (W. 10) Feet of Lot Nineteen (19)-and- The North Twenty (N. 20) Feet of the South Sixty-Eight (S. 68) Feet of Lots Twenty (20), Twenty-One (21), and Twenty-Two (22) all in Block Sixteen (16) of the Original Plat of the City of Luverne, County of Rock, State of MinnesotaSEC. 2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute such legal documents as are necessary to accomplish this sale and are further authorized to execute and deliver a warranty deed upon complete fulfillment of all terms and conditions.
