Pursuant to City Charter, Section 12.05, the City Council is authorized to sell or convey the following described real estate located in the City of Luverne, County of Rock, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit: The South Fifty (S. 50) Feet of the North 90 (N. 90) Feet of the East Fifty (E. 50) Feet of the West Two Hundred Eighth (W. 208) Feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township One Hundred Two North (102N), Range Forty Five (45) West of the 5th P.M., City of Luverne, Rock County, Minnesota.SEC. 2.
