Pursuant to City Charter, Section 12.05, the City Council is authorized to sell or convey the following described real estate located in the City of Luverne, County of Rock, State of Minnesota described as follows, to-wit: The West 25 feet of the South 120 feet of Lot Four (4), Block Fifteen (15) in Warren & Kniss 2nd Addition to the City of Luverne. SEC. 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute such necessary and appropriate documents of conveyance. SEC. 3.
