Pursuant to City Charter, Section 12.05, the City Council is authorized to sell or convey the following described real estate located in the City of Luverne, County of Rock, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit: All of Lot Four (4), except the North 13.2 feet thereof, and the North Ten (10) feet of Lot Five (5), all in Block Five (5) in Auditor’s Subdivision of Block Five (5) in Greenvale Addition to the City of Luverne.SEC. 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute such necessary and appropriate documents of conveyance.SEC. 3.
