Mary Ann Hebig, 85, Fulda, died Thursday, April 6, 2017, at the Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Å funeral service was Tuesday, April 11, at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church in Fulda. Burial was at St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Lismore.
Mary Ann Kelly was born June 9, 1931, to Peter and Lela (Harvey) Kelly in Eyota. She grew up in Fulda and graduated from Fulda High School. She then worked as a dental assistant for Dr. McGlinn in Fulda.
Mary Ann married  Orville Hebig on July 2, 1957, at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church in Fulda. After their marriage they lived in Lismore and later moved to a farm near Lismore. Mary Ann moved to Fulda after Orville died in December 2003.
She was a member of St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church in Fulda and a past member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Lismore where she was a member of the W.C.C.W. She was also a member of the Fulda Pink Ladies. Mary Ann enjoyed playing cards, reading, crossword puzzles, having coffee and visiting with her family.
She is survived by her children, Vivian (Mark) Heitkamp of Adrian, Vonnie Cole (Mike Gluth) of Granite Falls, Kay (Steve) Klein of Adrian, Kris (Doug) Darby of Odessa, Texas, Keith (Lois) Hebig of Luverne, Carol (Bob) Schreier of Currie, and Wendy (Jason) Donkersloot of Worthington; 23 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a brother, Ronald (Marilyn) Kelly of Osawatomie, Kansas, and a sister-in-law, Dotty Kelly of Columbus, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two brothers, Francis and Jim Kelly.
