He is survived by his mother and father, Melvin and Dorothy (Hieronimus) Rust, Sioux Falls; brothers Mark Rust, Sioux Falls, and Scott (Cheryl) Rust, Centerville, South Dakota. Jeffrey is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
