Jacob Adams, 14, Ellsworth, died Sunday, July 25, 2021, at the Sanford Luverne Medical Center.
A time of fellowship will be from noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 2, at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Luverne. The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Dingmann Funeral Home. A private family committal service will be at a later date.
