Eugene R. Ray, 83, Luverne, formerly of Windom, died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017, at the Sanford Luverne Medical Center.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 22, at the First Presbyterian Church in Luverne, with military honors to follow. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Windom.
