Eugene Michael Vortherms, 59, Adrian, died Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at the Granite Falls Municipal Hospital.
A funeral service was Saturday, April 30, at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Adrian. Private burial of cremains will be at a later date.
Arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral Home of Adrian, dingmannandsons.com.
