Bryan Edward Boelman, 62, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, formerly of Luverne, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2019, at the Royal C. Johnson Veterans Memorial Hospital in Sioux Falls.
A celebration of life gathering will be at a later date. Burial of cremains will be in the future Veterans Cemetery in Sioux Falls.
Bryan Boelman was born to Edwin and Enore (Wessels) Boelman on July 30, 1957, in Luverne. He was baptized and confirmed at Ebenezer Presbyterian Stateline Church in rural Ellsworth. He attended school in Luverne, graduating from Luverne High School in 1976.
Bryan served in the U.S. Air Force from 1978 to 1982. He was employed for 31 years with Schaaps RV Traveland in Sioux Falls.
Bryan is survived by his daughter, Darcy Boelman; his mother, Enore Boelman; seven siblings, Barb (Lary) Nelson, Bruce (Carol) Boelman, Brenda (Norm) Hurley, Becky (Steve) Sehr, Bobbie (Tracy) Boelman, Beth (Cory) Chambers, and Bridget (Grady Nelson) Connell.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edwin Boelman, and his grandparents, Fred and Jennie Wessels and Rudolph and Tillie Boelman.
