Angeline Leona Reisdorfer, 96, Lismore, died Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022, at the Adrian Country Living Cottages.
A time of fellowship will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Lismore and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. A memorial Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Lismore. Burial will be in the St. Anthony Cemetery.
Angeline Roemeling was born on Aug. 28, 1926, to George and Wilhelmina (Goldhorn) Roemeling in rural Adrian. She attended country schools before graduating from Adrian High School in 1945.
Angeline married Jim Reisdorfer on April 19, 1949, at the Adrian Methodist Church. The couple farmed for 47 years before moving into Lismore in 1998.
She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Lismore, the WCCW, the Christian Mothers, and the Lismore Senior Citizens. She enjoyed ceramics, crocheting, fishing, picnics, traveling, and playing cards with her family.
Angeline is survived by her four children, Randy (Mary) Reisdorfer, Ron (Jeri) Reisdorfer, Rick Reisdorfer (special friend Mary Crow), and Renee (Terry) Peterson; 12 grandchildren, Cory, Glen, Jill, Chad, James, Eric, Jessie, Jemie, Justin, Jolene, Kristin and Kelli; 29 great-grandchildren; and two sisters-in-law, Anita Reisdorfer and Shirley Reisdorfer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim, on Sept. 4, 2020; an infant son, Roger; a daughter-in-law, Diane; infant granddaughters, Nora and Amelia Reisdorfer; six brothers, Seibo, Sye, Ed, George, John and Jake Roemeling; and four sisters, Helen Paradis, Kate Jueneman, Minnie Lund and Elsie Henning.
