•Complainant on E. Warren Street  reported child endangerment and drug activity.
•Complainant reported insufficient funds checks.
•Complainant reported son making threats and destroying property. Has since left the home. Requested deputy presence.
•Complainant reported three older boys throwing rocks at younger children in Kolbert Park.
•Complainant reported people in a gold Caravan running around selling stuff. Seems they are acting strange. Unable to locate.
•State Patrol reported a stalled white Equinox on I-90. Unable to locate.
•Complainant in Hills called to report her son is with his girlfriend, and her car overheated.
Aug. 26
•Complainant reported two cars parked on S. Kniss, and the occupants are fighting.
•Complainant in Hills reported subject walking around town and through backyards drunk.
•Fire department reported out at the races.
•Ambulance out at the races.
•Complainant reported that she is being harassed by someone that she has an order against.
•Deputies arrested subject on a warrant from Lyon County, Iowa. Taken to Nobles County Jail.
Aug. 27
•Patrol arrested subject for DWI.
•Complainant reported someone put cones all the way across the highway.
•Deputy spotted two people wearing black and carrying a Bose speaker. Took pictures of items. Bose speaker with white label saying ‘Rublocs.’
•Complainant reported electric outage at location.
•Complainant reported subject harassing via phone calls and text messaging.
•Complainant reported individual sitting in car at location for over an hour. Information passed from spouse. Complainant is not at location.
•Complainant reported driving on interstate. Followed a vehicle since South Dakota that was swerving, nearly hitting cones, with multiple children not in car seats. Transferred to State Patrol.
•Complainant requested deputy presence for property exchange with subject at location.
•Complainant reported minor son is bridge jumping somewhere near Luverne.
•Deputy reported failed field sobriety. Towed by G&S. Can be released to registered owner. Pay tow bill.
•Complainant reported he was chatting with subject, and she made suicidal statements.
•Complainant reported his girlfriend has a lot of information about fraud, and now his accounts are drained, and his doors are unlocked. He told her to leave, and she took her kids and walked off.
Aug. 28
•Deputy reported a black semitrailer is stuck. He will stay there and sleep tonight and take care of it in the morning.
•Complainant requested a welfare check on her brother. She was supposed to call him at 4 p.m., and he isn’t answering the phone.
•Complainant reported Cabela’s Club card found at McDonald’s.
•Complainant requested a deputy to location for assistance with property exchange.
•Complainant reported that subject is trying to throw her out of the house. Complainant also reported that subject threw her down and threatened to break her nose.
•Complainant reported subject has a warrant that is payable. Subject wishes to pay warrant at Rock County Sheriff’s Office.
•Complainant reported that his motorcycle fell out of the back of his pickup at location.
•Complainant reported motorcycle at location that is registered to subject. Requested assistance contacting subject.
•Complainant reported alarm at location

•Complainant reported assault in progress at location.
•Complainant reported subject is sending messages to family stating she is going to commit suicide.
Aug. 29
•Complainant reported possible Medicare scam.
•Complainant reported that subject and her boyfriend are selling methamphetamine at location.
•Complainant reported loud vehicles tearing around near location.
•Complainant reported that he found a brown wallet on the street at location.
•Complainant reported finding a gray and black backpack at location that belongs to a resident of Luverne.
•Reserved for narcotic laws.
•Deputy reported a weapon offense.
•Complainant requested deputy on scene while she picked up some property.
Aug. 30
•Deputy reported door open.
•Complainant reported man lying on side of interstate at location. Transferred to State Patrol. State Patrol was out of area.
•Complainant reported neighbor had a fire pit burning, and it blew up. Complainant advised they witnessed the neighbor pouring gasoline on the pit then later pouring water on it. Complainant was concerned because it has happened before where the pit blew up.
•Complainant called law enforcement center to report subject making threats.
•Complainant reported need for deputy presence at home. Subject out of control.
•Received report from SWHHS.
•Complainant reported smells natural gas outside of home.
•Complainant requested to speak to a deputy about trespassing.
•Complainant reported a lot of people he works with on construction are being charged for rooms at Quality Inn, and they are not staying there.
•Deputy conducted a probation check.
•Deputy reported motorist assist. Checking emails.
•Complainant reported loud music playing at location. It will play, then they shut it off, then turn it back on again. Unable to locate.
Aug. 31
•Complainant reported man walking on road at location carrying large bags.
•Complainant reported possible break-in on West Main Street. Window is broken, and screen appears to be cut.
•Complainant reported unsupervised young children in neighborhood coming from location playing in others’ yards and near Highway 75 and Main Street.
•Complainant requested driver’s license or motor vehicle data.
•Complainant at law enforcement center to report stolen 18 speed bike.
•Informational purposes only.
•Complainant reported suspicious markings on vehicle and vandalism to window in home.
•Complainant reported property damage on I-90 while traveling. Transferred to State Patrol.
•Complainant reported subject threatened his wife with a knife.
•Complainant at W. Hatting Street reported people that don’t live at the property are hanging out near the north garages and storage units. Complainant felt that this was suspicious.
In addition, officers responded to 2 motor vehicle accidents, 1 transport, 21 traffic stops, 18 ambulance runs, 6 paper services, 10 animal complaints, 7 log/alarm sheets, 4 drug court tests, 4 money escorts, 4 abandoned 911 calls and issued 3 purchase/carry permits and 1 burn permit.
