Dorothy Davis, 94, Andover, formerly of Magnolia, died April 5, 2017, in Andover.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 22, at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home in Andover. Interment will be at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Luverne. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Dorothy Gibbons was born March 20, 1923, to George and Veta Gibbons in Jesup, Iowa. She was a graduate of Magnolia High School in 1941.
She married Robert Davis on October 20, 1943, in Bremerton, Washington.
Dorothy is survived by her children John (Loree) Davis, Jane McKay, Chuck (Kathy) Davis and Mike (Sandy) Davis; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Davis; her parents, George and Veta Gibbons; a brother, Robert Gibbons, and a son-in-law, Rodger McKay.
