Dennis “Denny” Ossenfort, 64, Worthington, died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2016, at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
A funeral service was Monday, Sept. 12, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Worthington. Burial was at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery in Windom.
