Red meets Green

Lead Summary

Members of Rock County Red Arrow visited Continental Western Group in Luverne Thursday, March 17, to deliver green-frosted shamrock cookies in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. The gesture was also an expression of appreciation for the company’s recent donation of more than $18,000 through employee payroll deductions in 2015. Red Arrow was founded in 1965 on the premise that it would simplify giving for area residents by coordinating one major fundraising drive that would support dozens of local charities. To support the 2016 fund drive, contact Dianne Ossenfort at 283-9050.
