A boy, Andrew William, weighing 9 pounds, 1 ounce, was born Friday, Jan. 15, 2016, to Devon and Trina Fluit, Hardwick, at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Grandparents are Bill and Tena Blom and Brent and Dorenda Fluit. Great-grandparents are Arie and Clazina Blom, Gary and Betty Vander Waal, Clarence and Joyce Fluit and Art and Alma den Hoed.
Bridal Showers
An open house bridal shower for Chonda Wessels, bride-to-be of Jordan Swanson, will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 6, at the American Reformed Church in Luverne.
An open house bridal shower for McKenzie Fitzgerald, bride-to-be of Matthew Erlandson, will be from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at the Adrian United Methodist Church.
