PUBLIC HEARING SET FOR MAY 19, 2015
Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Adoption of Resolution No. 19-15, to transfer Municipal construction Funds to the Regular construction Funds Account
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Rock County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota State Aid Operation Rules 8820.2400 on May 19, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. in the Herreid Board Meeting Room at the Rock County Courthouse, 204 East Brown Street, Luverne, Minnesota to consider the transfer of Municipal construction Funds to the Regular construction Funds Account.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above. Individuals unable to attend the public hearing can make written comment by writing to the County Administrator of County of Rock, Rock County Courthouse, P.O. Box 509, Luverne, Minnesota 56156. Written comments must be received prior to the public hearing.
