    Hills-Beaver Creek School District Superintendent Todd Holthaus received a “meets expectations” rating from board members this summer. The seven-member board rated Holthaus at 3.40 out of a possible 4.0. The evaluation took place in closed session June 27 with board members presenting results at their July 11 meeting.     Rock County commissioners unanimously passed a one-year moratorium halting the sale of hemp-derived THC food and beverages in Rock County. The county’s action Tuesday on the moratorium is in response to the state’s legalization of tetrahydrocannabinols, which began July 1.
