    On Monday workers from River City Electric Inc. of Mankato began assembling the poles necessary for a rapid rectangular flashing beacon (RRFB) pedestrian crossing across the highway at the corner of Dodge Street and U.S. Highway 75.     It was a deadly week on southwest Minnesota roadways with two fatal crashes involving Rock County residents. Luverne’s Chad H.
