    First Baptist Church of Luverne hosted its Vacation Bible School the week of July 18 under the theme, “Ocean Commotion.” Organizers said everyone had a “boatload” of fun learning about Noah and the great flood from the book of Genesis.     Luverne businesses that served free hot dogs at the July 14 event deemed it a resounding success.
